Nicaragua Matagalpa Community

Our partners in Nicaragua, Gold Mountain Coffee Growers, teams up with several neighboring farmers in the Matagalpa coffee producing region of Nicaragua to bring you this collaborative community coffee.  Every bean that goes into this coffee is supervised by quality control teams, from upon farms through driving to see off the boat on which the beans depart.  Gold Mountain works with producers to improve growing, picking, wet processing, drying, and more. They treat coffee farming like fine wine production and only pick the best-tasting, ripest fruit, which means you get a sweeter, more complex cup of coffee.
