Boil Line began roasting this beautiful coffee in the summer of 2023, and has truly delighted in working with Carolina and Juan of Finca San Gabriel.  This farm is located in the high Andes Mountains of Colombia where nutrient rich soil abounds.  It is no surprise that this coffee emulates a depth of sweet caramelization and crisp fruit acidity.
